I'm also known as: Princess Balls, Suji or Dr Balls.
You can call me by these names too.

Commissions Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the following:

Payment & Commission Process:
• Full payment must be made upfront in USD via PayPal invoice before the commission process begins.
• Hitsuji Balls (the Artist) will not start the commission until full payment has been received.
• Prices may vary based on the complexity of the commission.
• The first two minor revisions are free; additional revisions will be extra charges.
• The first two finishing touches revisions are free; additional revisions will be extra charges.
• The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission.Turnaround time & Deadlines:
• Turnaround time varies based on complexity and queue.
• Rush Deadlines must be agreed upon both the Artist and the Client. Rush deadlines will have an extra charge.Client's responsibilities:
• The Client (the person commissioning the Artist) must provide clear and concise visual references and descriptions for the commission to the artist.
• The Client is expected to maintain clear and timely communication with the Artist throughout the commission process.
• If the Client becomes unresponsive or otherwise fails to maintain communication for an extended period, the Artist reserves the right to discontinue work on the commission without refund. In such cases, the Artist may repurpose, modify, or use the unfinished artwork at their own discretion.
• Harassment, rudeness, or abusive behavior will result in cancellation without refund.Client Usage of the Commission:
The commissioned work is for Client’s personal and/or monetized content use only; commercial use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client must declare whether the intended use of commissioned work will be used for personal use or monetized content use or both.
• Personal use: non-profit, non-monetized use (personal profile photo, personal wallpaper, etc.).
• Monetized content use: Use in revenue-generating or promotional content (assets for streams, videos, advertisements, etc.).
• Commercial use(Prohibited): Any use where the commissioned work is used directly for profit (prints, merchandise, etc.).Artist's Use of the Work:
The Artist may use the commissioned work and all related work-in-progress images, sketches, drafts, and final renders for self-promotion, portfolio, social media, marketing, streaming (including monetized streams) and other promotional or non-commercial uses.Copyright & Alterations:
The Artist retains full copyright to the commissioned work. The commissioned piece must not be altered without the Artist’s consent.AI Use:
Use of commissioned work, including all work-in-progress images, sketches, drafts, and final renders, for AI-related processes (such as AI training) is strictly prohibited.Sharing & Credit
When sharing the commissioned work, the Client must credit Hitsuji Balls as the Artist.Final Terms:*
All sales are final. No refunds may be requested unless initiated by the artist. Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Commissions Catalogue & Pricing

• Additional character (within the same piece): +100% of the base price.
• Monetized content use: +30% of the total price (after any additional character fees).

Doodle ("surprise me"):
$15

  • PNG file, 1500x1500 px, 300dpi

  • Doodle with no rendering, little to no color, and little to no background.

  • If the Client does not specify pose preference, the Artist will choose on their behalf.

  • "Surprise me" style commission—Sketches, WIPs, and revisions will not be provided. Turnaround time: 1-2 weeks

  • It is highly recommended that the Client review the Artist’s work on Instagram or Twitter to get an idea of the expected style and outcome.

Cleaned Sketch Illustration
with Headshot/Bust/Waist-up ("surprise me"):
$30

  • PNG file, 1500x1500 px, 300dpi

  • Cleaned sketch, little to no rendering (flat color) with 2-4 colors and no background. One of the selected 2-4 colors will be used as the background.

  • If the Client does not specify background, pose, or color preference, the Artist will choose on their behalf.

  • "Surprise me" style commission—Sketches, WIPs, and revisions will not be provided. Turnaround time: 1-3 weeks

  • It is highly recommended that the Client review the Artist’s work on Instagram or Twitter to get an idea of the expected style and outcome.

Basic Illustration
with Headshot/Bust/Waist-up:
$60

  • PNG file, 1500x1500 px, 300dpi

  • Polished linework, basic rendering with background options.

  • Background Options: solid color, transparent, or simple design.

  • If the Client does not specify background, pose, or color preference, the Artist will choose on their behalf.

  • A sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding with the final artwork.

  • Turnaround time: 3-6 weeks

Basic Illustration
with Full Body:
Minimum $80

  • PNG file, size varies (3000x3000 px maximum), 300dpi

  • Polished line work, basic rendering with background options.

  • Background Options: solid color, transparent, or simple design.

  • If the Client does not specify background, pose, or color preference, the Artist will choose on their behalf.

  • A sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding with the final artwork.

  • Turnaround time: 3-6 weeks

Digital Painting:
Minimum $200

  • PNG file, size varies (3000x3000 px maximum), 300dpi

  • Painted and fully rendered with background options.

  • Background options: solid color or simple design.

  • If the Client does not specify background, pose, or color preference, the Artist will choose on their behalf.

  • A sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding with the final artwork. 2 additional revisions will be provided as well.

  • Turnaround time: 3-6+ weeks; expect longer times
